Traverse the savanna with lions, discover what life is like high up in the canopy with endangered orangutans, or fly high with a flock of flamingos… the choice is yours. Our Wild Immersion experience places visitors at the very centre of the action and provides a 360° field of view with real audio for a truly immersive experience, all from the comfort of Paignton Zoo.

Spaces for our VR experience are limited – but don’t worry, why not say hello to our curious meerkats, or catch a glimpse of our adorable new baby skunks just next door while you wait!

Each video lasts approximately 10 minutes long. Visitors can choose one of two videos, and must remain seated throughout the VR experience. Suitable for 6+. Disability friendly and accessible.
Joint VR tickets (standard zoo admission and Wild Immersion experience) are available both online and on the door, or a VR experience ticket can be purchased once you have entered the zoo at the Info Hub.
